Handloom Kanchi Cotton Saree with Rettai Pettu Border
Crafted from light and airy cotton, our stunning Handloom Kanchi Cotton Saree in a beautiful black shade exudes elegance while being versatile enough to be worn for formal events or as part of your daily wardrobe. The saree features rows of delicate "paisley motifs" entwined with "rudraksham motifs" in a charming almond color, all set within enchanting "chevron bands" in a warm burnt orange shade. The motifs are gracefully arranged in alternating rows, creating a captivating and enchanting design that adds to the saree's overall allure.
Saree border: The charming "Retta Pettu" border (double row border, symbolizing auspiciousness and prosperity) in Vadamalli color (Magenta color Globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa)) adorned with "rudraksham motifs" enclosed within petite "cross symbol motifs", exudes a sense of opulence. A "pillayar moggu" motifs (a small triangular-shaped gopuram) graces one edge of the border, adding a touch of divine beauty to the ensemble.
Saree Pallu: The saree pallu is a stunning amalgamation of multiple motifs, showcasing two captivating recurring bands. The first band flaunts ornate "Annapakshi motifs" in frames while the second band features elegantly entwined "elephant motifs" and "kili (parrot) motifs" in spiral vines", enclosed within charming "Pavunpet motif" bands (Pavunpet motifs closely resemble the Rudraksham motif, with the addition of a dot in the center of the coin and two vertical lines on either side of the coin). The divided field adorned with "temple gopuram motifs ", on a "twill weave" adds a touch of sophistication to the overall design. Additionally, the pattern is further enhanced with delightful "floral bud anklets," giving the saree pallu a delicate and charming touch.
Saree Blouse: The saree includes an unstitched running blouse in black shade along with the Vadamalli color border akin to the saree border.

COTTON CARE
• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.
WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY
• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.
STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY
• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
