Shipping Policy

"The Weaves Art" is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the time frame. We ship from Monday to Friday, except on weekends & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

  • Delivery Partners: For domestic deliveries, India Post and other Private couriers are our trusted delivery partners and for International orders, we have collaborated with DHL Worldwide Courier Service & other reliable agents.
  • Shipping Process: We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. It takes 2 business days to process and ship the domestic orders, and for international orders, it would take a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 6 days. Orders with special requirements and customizations will take about 5 business days for processing. We will always keep you updated through your registered email or phone number.
  • Delivery Duration: From the day of processing, shipping within India takes roughly 3-5 working days & International shipping takes around 10-15 working days depending on the location. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. However, we will track and keep you informed.
  • The Weaves Art offers Free Shipping on all merchandise for shipping within India.
  • For a single order placed, we normally combine multiple products in a single box. Additional charges may be applicable should you wish to receive all the products in your order in individual boxes.   
  • If you are out of a remote location or a courier non-serviceable area, please write to us with your complete mailing address and order details to theweavesart2021@gmail.com and we will arrange for a suitable service to deliver the product. Please note that some carriers may charge an additional sum or surcharge to deliver in remote locations. In such cases, we will intimate you the additional charge prior to the delivery of the same.
  • For international shipping, we will calculate the shipping cost at the time of checkout. 
    • Charged Rs.3, 500 for up to 1kg (*Subject to revise based on the market conditions).
    • You may have to place multiple orders if ordered sarees are over 1 in quantity.
  • For international shipments based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes, import duties, customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer.
  • All our products are quality-checked and come with tamper-proof packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you notice the package tampered with or damaged. In such events, we request you take photos of the tampered/damaged area, do not sign acceptance of the package, and return the package back to the carrier. Should you accept such a package, we deem you received the product in a good condition.

      Kindly note that the delivery times mentioned are indicative only. In rare cases, deliveries might delay because of factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather and strikes.
