Neelambari - Handwoven Checks Korvai Kanjivaram Pure Silk Saree (Authentic Pure Zari & Silk Mark Certified)
Drape yourself in Neelambari, and feel not just beautiful, but divine. A masterpiece of heritage and craftsmanship, this Handwoven Checks Korvai Kanjivaram Pure Silk Saree in celestial persian indigo is poetry in motion, each thread a whisper of tradition, each motif a tale of elegance. Crafted from the finest 4-ply, 6-twist pure silk yarns and pure zari, Neelambari is an heirloom drape that doesn’t just adorn you, it embraces you, making every moment feel grand and unforgettable.
The Enchanting Udal (Saree Body): Draped in the profound depths of a starry midnight, the rich persian indigo canvas glows with delicate "gold zari checks", a mesmerizing lattice of brilliance. Scattered amidst this celestial shimmer, "kamalam buttas" stand like sacred blessings, their presence a quiet whisper of divinity. The interplay of tradition and opulence is simply spellbinding.
The Majestic Karai (Saree Borders): The mesmerizing reef gold color (medium dark shade of yellow) borders on both ends are beautifully contrasted and enriched with intricate gold zari work, creating an irresistible charm. A breathtaking band of horizontally aligned "Anna pakshi motifs" alternates with delicate "Leaf motifs", separated by finely detailed "Rudraksham butta pillars". Adding to the allure are bands of "Rudraksham motifs" and "Arai Podigi anklets (small, triangular patterns)", that lend a captivating rhythm to the design. The border concludes with a slender strip of "Rudraksham buttas" and a refined "dark green selvedge", radiating timeless elegance. Enhancing its classic appeal, the "Moplah pattern" in deep green graces the intersection of the borders and body, beautifully complemented by three lines of delicate "Muthu Seeru" in shimmering gold zari, weaving a tale of allure and tradition.
The Resplendent Mundhani / Thalaippu (Saree Pallu): The scintillating pallu is a breathtaking tribute to grandeur, flowing like a river of gold. Each delicate band is adorned with regal "Annapakshi and majestic horse motifs" (The horse, poised in a forward-facing stance, its neck gracefully arched as it turns its head to gaze back, speaks of strength and elegance), interwoven with lush "floral vines" encased in "Paisley neli lines" that beckon with an irresistible charm. The divided field of the pallu unfolds in enchanting "Rudhrakhsam buttas" in the shape of "Ogee", where twin S-shaped curves bloom into graceful ovals, moving with an elegance so hypnotic, so fluid, it feels like a dance frozen in time. The entire design is framed by the delicate beauty of "Leaf motif kolusu (anklets)", adding an extra layer of splendor.
Saree Blouse: Completing this breathtaking ensemble is a matching reef gold color Kanchipuram Pure silk blouse, woven to perfection and adorned with a contrast border that mirrors the saree’s unparalleled elegance.

COTTON CARE
• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.
WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY
• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.
STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY
• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
