Immerse yourself in the timeless charm of Meghini, our stunning handwoven Kanchipuram Silk Cotton Saree in an enchanting black hue. Crafted from a luxurious blend of premium cotton and shimmering mulberry silk, this saree is beautifully embellished with radiant metallic gold zari, offering an ethereal appeal. Ideal for intimate festivals and elegant gatherings, it adds a touch of unmatched grace and refinement to your wardrobe.

Saree Body: The body of the saree is beautifully adorned with intricately arranged "Kili (parrot) and Chakram motifs" in a half-repeat pattern, offering a captivating visual charm. This exquisite detailing showcases the exceptional craftsmanship of Kanchipuram's traditional weavers.

Saree Border: The saree features intricately designed borders on the top and bottom that are truly captivating. The highlight is the beautifully woven bands adorned with "Twin Kili motifs", "Elephant motifs", and "Paisley vines" in an old lace color. Enhancing the charm, the border is embellished with "Rudraksha motif bands" and "Banaras (diagonal lines) motif bands", all rendered in metallic gold zari and enclosed within exquisite "Muthu seer motifs" in metallic gold zari. Completing the look, the border is gracefully flanked by "Floral leaf anklets", adding an elegant touch.

Saree Pallu: The elegant pallu is exquisitely adorned with intricate threadwork in vintage lace tones, enhanced with metallic gold zari. It features two distinct, horizontally aligned bands. The first showcases "twin Kili (parrot) motifs interspersed with floral vines", while the second is adorned with "large elephant motifs surrounded by paisley vines". Both bands are framed by "rudraksha motif bands", enclosed in a "muthuseer border" in metallic gold zari. The divided field of the pallu is a captivating display of "Seepu Rekku (temple tower) motifs", woven in metallic gold zari. The entire design is further accented by a "banaras motifs band in gold zari", with "floral leaf anklets" adding a touch of allure.

Saree Blouse: Comes with an unstitched Kanchipuram silk cotton blouse in a black shade, featuring a zari and threadwork border matching the saree design.

COTTON CARE

• It is advisable to only dry-clean our Sarees. Use mild detergent to hand wash Cotton Sarees.

WASH, DRY & IRON PURE SILK THE RIGHT WAY

• For first three washes, dry cleaning is advisable for silk fabrics.
• If ever silk is washed in water, ensure it is washed in soft lukewarm water using a good neutral soap only.
• Squeeze lightly by hand to remove water after washing.
• Always dry the silk in shade only on a flat surface instead of hanging.
• Use low to medium heat while ironing.
• Always iron silk on the reverse side.
• Never spray water to dampen silk before ironing as it may cause water spots on the fabric.
• Do not wash the stains with water, instead give it for dry cleaning.

STORE PURE SILKS THE RIGHT WAY

• Store your Silk in a clean and dry environment using Cotton bags; avoid plastic covers.
• Avoid direct contact with wood.
• Protect silk from insects, dust, excessive moisture and light.
• Periodically (every 3-6 months) expose silks to fresh air and store after reversing the folds.
• Wrap Silk Sarees in cotton cloth or brown paper to avoid blackening of zari.
• Instead of Naphthalene balls, keep silica gel sachets in storage racks.
